Rancho Cucamonga Public Library hired Cuesta Multi-Cultural Consulting to design and conduct an in-depth community assessment to determine the expectations and desires of area mid-life adults as they relate to library programming and services.  An online survey was created and administered to which 84 responses were received, 3 focus groups were conducted with a total of 27 participants, and community leader interviews were conducted with 5 area agencies. A final report of the findings and a plan of service, including recommendations for future programming, were presented. These documents will serve as a road map for library programming and services for mid-life adults in the future.
